The following information pertaining to the catering policies will assist you in planning your event.  If you should have any questions regarding these policies, please do not hesitate to call for assistance.

 Menu Selection

Our menu package features some favorite and delicious menu selections. We are happy to create custom menus to meet your particular needs. We request all menu details be completed no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.  Carry out containers are not permitted with the exception of the specialty cakes which you must provide.  All food and beverage must be consumed on the premises. No food or Beverage may be brought into the building with the exception of specialty cakes such as wedding, anniversary, birthday, etc.

Final Guaranteed Numbers

We require an estimated number of guests at the time you reserve the date.

• We require your final guaranteed number of attendance 10 days in prior to your event.
• Your guaranteed number may be increased but not lowered up to 72 hours before your event. After this time, no changes will be permitted. If we do not receive a confirmed guarantee of attenance, the "estimated" attendance specified in the contract will be considered as your guarantee. We are always prepared to serve 5% more meals than what you guaranteed, we will bill you for a mutally agreed upon number of addtional meals.

Prices and Service Charges

There is a $400.00 fee for set up and breakdown for events held in banquet room A. 

There is a $300.00 fee for set up and breakdown for events held in Banquet Rooms B and C.  Events held in these Banquet Rooms have a limitation of 2 hours per event within the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Children in attendance are charged as follows: Children 3 years and under – free; 4-9 years old – ½ price; 10 years and older – full price.

Your event is not considered booked/reserved until ½ of the total amount of the event is paid.

We require a deposit of 50% of the estimated total bill at the time the agreement is signed and booked. Personal check and business checks are accepted. Balance due must be paid one week prior to the event.  Final payment must be paid with Bank Check/Money Order or Cash.

The remaining balance of the event is to be paid (1) one week prior to the event.

If the event is canceled 30 calendar days or more prior to event, half of the amount paid will be refunded.

If the event is canceled less than 30 calendar days prior to event, no refund will be made.

All of our prices are subject to change without notice. We guarantee our prices 90 days before an event. Severe market fluctuation will result in price adjustments from time to time.
